Abstract

En la actualidad, a nivel mundial la mano de obra de se ha do encareciendo según el desarrollo de los países, por lo que la competitividad de las empresas se ha visto afectada mermando su ganancia, por lo que las empresas se han visto en contratar la mano de obra calificada, basado en la productividad y en la eficiencia para la creación de valor agregado.
