Abstract

La mejora y perfeccionamiento de la gestión del sector del comercio minorista de bienes en Cuba es imprescindible con vistas a elevar su capacidad para desempeñarse con altos estándares e influir en el crecimiento del nivel y calidad de vida para la población cubana y para que el mismo pueda jugar su papel como sector de apoyo para el turismo, contribuyendo así a la captación de divisas de esa fuente. Este trabajo se centra en evaluar la imagen para el diseño de estrategias de comunicación dirigidas al turismo extranjero en puntos de venta de ARTex en Santa Clara. A partir de las técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas de investigación se logró diseñar ocho estrategias de comunicación entre las que están: incluir los puntos de venta de ARTex en los recorridos por los principales destinos turísticos de Santa Clara; realizar campañas de comunicación de la imagen en puntos de venta de ARTex en Santa Clara dirigidos al mercado turístico; realizar campañas de animación comercial en puntos de venta de ARTex en Santa Clara; renovar los puntos de venta de ARTex en Santa Clara y comercializar la imagen local en los puntos de venta de ARTex en Santa Clara.
