Abstract

El trabajo es un estudio de caso del vínculo universidad empresa en condiciones de alianzas estratégicas. Muestra aspectos aplicables en régimen flexible y dinámico de proyectos a ciclo cerrado, convenios jurídicos y contratos económicos para planificar conductas integradoras, colaborativas y despliegue de fortalezas conjuntas en procesos de producción intelectual e inserción de estrategias de gestión, protección y comercio de bienes y derechos de propiedad industrial para realzar desempeños académicos y empresariales.
