Os Trolls E O Princã Pio De Impolidez Nas Seã‡Ã•Es Comentã Rios De Sites Da Internet

Abstract

No presente artigo discutirei aspectos do Princípio de Polidez, cunhado por Brown e Levinson (1987 [1978]), chamando a atenção para os desdobramentos teóricos surgidos a partir da proposta original, principalmente sobre o Princípio de Impolidez, discutidos por Culpeper (2011), Leech (2014), Eelen (2001), e Mills (2013). Para isso, vou me valer de alguns excertos deixados por participantes na seção de comentários em três diferentes sites sobre carros. Nessas, o usuário virtual precisa fazer uma inscrição com nome e e-mail, ou fazer um log in através de uma rede social, sendo a mais comum o facebook. O objetivo deste artigo é discutir as definições de impolidez pela ótica dos autores supracitados, buscando analisar, com base em alguns exemplos, as violações das máximas como processo inverso da polidez. Ademais, apontar como alguns autores veem a interação via comentários em seções de sites da internet.
