El Trabajo Efectivo De Los Presidentes De Organizaciones Barriales En La Construcciã“N Del Buen Vivir

Abstract

Se presenta parte de los resultados de una investigación de competencias para un trabajo efectivo en el contexto del Buen Vivir para los presidentes de las organizaciones barriales (OB) del Ecuador. El estudio se sustenta en un enfoque mixto (Cuali-cuanti) con diseño dominante y énfasis cualitativo. El universo de la investigación está constituido por los residentes en 20 barrios de la ciudad del Puyo y sus correspondientes presidentes, además el alcalde, cuatro concejales y siete personas claves de la ciudad. Los resultados permitieron concluir que el trabajo de los dirigentes barriales tiene deficiencias en la integración barrial, la participación ciudadana, las relaciones interpersonales como la comunicación, procedimiento parlamentario, y además la gestión en la organización presentan marcadas insuficiencias.
