Desarrollo Del Emprendimiento En El Ecuador

Abstract

El objetivo del trabajo es analizar la incidencia de la capacitación como aporte al desarrollo del Emprendimiento en el Ecuador. La metodología usada fue del tipo descriptiva y documental. La técnica empleada fue el fichaje. Los núcleos teóricos de la investigación fueron: Empresas emprendedoras en el Ecuador y América Latina han facturado millones de dólares anuales, afectando las cifras del Producto Interno Bruto PIB de cada país. Este artículo hace mención a aquellas empresas que realizan ventas por catálogo como actividad contribuyente en gran medida al Producto Interno Bruto de cada País. El estudio resalta que si bien los niveles de emprendimiento han crecido en América Latina, la innovación es mucho más escasa, debido al poco aporte en Investigación y Desarrollo.
