Abstract

En la actualidad, muchos de los trabajadores no cuentan con conocimientos especializados en algún campo de forma especifica , sino que se encuentra generalizado ,el tema central desarrollado en este estudio surge, por un lado, al reconocer la inquietud demostrada por algunas personas insertadas en el mundo laboral, acerca de llevar a cabo trabajos sin expectativas de desarrollo profesional y en los que la organización demostraba escasa preocupación por especializar a los empleados o por ofrecer incentivos para mejorar el desempeño de sus integrantes de la organización, más allá de los netamente económicos, lo que conducía a que éstos demostrasen bajo interés por conservar tal puesto de trabajo o por contribuir en el futuro con esa organización.
