Abstract

En la actualidad , muchos de los trabajadores no cuentan con conocimientos solidos de finanzas , por lo que no hay una adecuada interpretación de los medios de información de las medidas económicas, que toma el gobierno , ocasionando especulación , incertidumbre , creando expectativas de mala gobernabilidad , lo que ha ocasionado en las últimas décadas en el America latina inestabilidad política y económica , no solo afectando al empleo sino también a la inversión, hago un llamado profundo al conocimiento del valor del dinero en el tiempo , de la importancia del adecuado uso de los ingresos activos . El universo público: Tales disposiciones se desprenden del proyecto de la reforma de la Ley orgánica del código laboral. En el apartado que trata sobre el décimo tercer sueldo, el texto indica lo siguiente en su artículo 49.
