Abstract

Tomando como referencia un trabajo sobre un libro de José Ingenieros en general y a este autor en particular, la presente comunicación intenta reseñar la responsabilidad que, en la creciente involución de los valores ético-morales, cabría adjudicar a sectores de la sociedad argentina, los que, a través de su pensamiento y acción, coadyuvaron consciente o inconscientemente en favor de aquélla. Este tránsito descendente exige su puesta en primer plano y reflexionar acerca de la posibilidad de retrepar trabajosa y firmemente el talud tras una declinación demasiado duradera ya. Así, los aquí perfilados integrantes de un magma actualmente regresivo permiten vislumbrar, dentro de esta mezcla heterogénea con apariencia axiológicamente homogénea, posibilidades reversibles y esperanzadoras a poco de que se produzcan los necesarios cambios económico-culturales.
