Abstract
Los Lineamientos de la PolÃtica Económica y Social del Partido y la Revolución, aprobados en el VI Congreso del PCC, en Cuba, exponen con claridad, la necesidad de perfeccionar y fortalecer el cooperativismo agropecuario, asà como también extenderlo a otros sectores. De esta forma el cooperativismo en Cuba deberá extenderse a otras ramas de la economÃa, tales como, los servicios, la pequeña industria, la construcción, transporte, la pesca e incluso la cultura. Este trabajo es el resultado de los esfuerzos de la autora y de un equipo de pescadores, que durante nueve meses se propusieron identificar, formular y presentar una alternativa de asociación, que como modalidad de economÃa solidaria, potencie la actividad pesquera en el municipio de Moa. De lo antes expuesto resulto un proyecto de cooperativa pesquera el cual fue formulado siguiendo la metodologÃa prevista en los decretos ley y resoluciones de la Gaceta Oficial de la República de Cuba No. 053, del 11 de diciembre de 2012. Para la identificación de este proyecto se utilizaron herramientas del trabajo participativo, técnicas para identificar oportunidades de negocio, asà como el análisis de documentos del programa de desarrollo integral del territorio y se incorporó en todo el cuerpo del proyecto el conocimiento tácito de los pescadores. Los estudios de factibilidad demostraron la viabilidad del mismo, asà como su sostenibilidad económica, social y ambiental. Palabras claves: Cooperativismo, EconomÃa solidaria, Cooperativa pesquera Summary The guidelines of economic and social policy of the party and the revolution, adopted at the Sixth Congress of the PCC, well described the need to improve and strengthen the agricultural cooperative, as well as extend it to other sectors. Thus cooperatives in Cuba should be extended to other sectors of the economy, such as services, small, industry, construction, transport, fishing and even culture. This work is the result of the efforts of the author and a team of fishermen who for nine months worked hard to identify, develop and present an alternative association, as a form of solidarity economy, enhances the fishing activity in the municipality of Moa. From the above it turned fishing cooperative project which was developed following the methodology described in the decrees and resolutions Official Gazette of the Republic of Cuba, No. 053 of December 11, 2012. For the identification of this project participatory work tools, techniques to identify business opportunities, as well as analysis of program documents for development of the territory were used and incorporated into the body of the project knowledge of fishermen. Feasibility studies demonstrated the feasibility, as well as their economic, social and environmental sustainability.
