Mã‰Todos Estadã Sticos Y Econã“Micos Para Mejora De La Gestiã“N Industrial Azucarera Cubana

Abstract

El sector azucarero cubano, debido a la necesidad de la mejora continua en las operaciones industriales, ha flexibilizado las herramientas de gestión en el proceso industrial azucarero. Lo anterior debido a que presenta elevada variabilidad en el proceso, fundamentado por la utilización de materias primas de varios suministradores, así como la forma de operar en el proceso. En este contexto el presente trabajo pretende, en primer lugar definir los escenarios de actuación sobre las variables tecnológicas, a través del control estadístico y la modelación con Medias Móviles Integradas Autorregresivas (siglas en inglés: ARIMA); y en segundo lugar, cuantificar la variabilidad del proceso que deteriora indicadores físicos y económicos del desempeño industrial. Los principales resultados muestran una mejora notable, por la disminución de la variabilidad del proceso que contribuye a la disminución del costo.
