Abstract

La investigación titulada Diagnóstico del Sistema de Planificación del Modelo de Gestión Económica Financiera en la Universidad de Guantánamo, tiene como objetivo general realizar un diagnóstico interno de las tres dimensiones de la planificación económica en la Universidad de Guantánamo, para una mayor eficiencia del Sistema de Planificación. Esta investigación está estructurada se sustenta sobre elementos teóricos que permitieron realizar un análisis del MGEF y de los instrumentos que se emplean para la realización del diagnóstico de la planificación económica. Permitiendo exponer los resultados del diagnóstico al Sistema de Planificación del MGEF en la Universidad de Guantánamo pudiéndose constatar aspectos que limitan la adecuada implementación, dándose posibles soluciones a las debilidades detectadas. Se arriban a conclusiones y recomendaciones necesarias para el perfeccionar el Sistema de Planificación Económica de la Universidad de Guantánamo.
