Abstract

Para la elaboración del trabajo se realiza la revisión bibliográfica de un total de 11 libros, 16 documentos históricos, en busca de información, se lleva a cabo un recorrido por lugares históricos de la ciudad espirituana vinculados a los acontecimientos. Con el presente se argumenta el reflejo en la obra martiana de los sucesos del 27 de noviembre de 1871. Entre los Resultados más importantes destacan: opiniones y valoraciones de Martí y el vínculo de los espirituanos con los hechos. Se concluye planteando que en la obra martiana estuvo presente como objeto de análisis y valoración el crimen cometido por el colonialismo español contra el pueblo cubano en 1871. Entre los aspectos novedosos destaca el vínculo de la localidad espirituana con los sucesos.
