Abstract

El presente artículo tiene por objetivo: realizar un análisis teórico doctrinal, legislativo en la Constitución Cubana de 1976, de los derechos humanos. El artículo está estructurado en dos epígrafes. El epígrafe I, donde se desarrollan elementos conceptuales y teóricos recogidos en las doctrinas relacionadas con los derechos humanos, sobre su evolución histórica, características, diferentes terminologías; así como la clasificación y caracterización de estos. El epígrafe II aborda como se regulan los derechos humanos en la Constitución cubana, los derechos que recoge nuestra Carta Magna y el tratamiento que se le otorga en torna a la problemática existente en nuestra constitución por cuestiones técnicas legislativas.
