Metodologã A Para La Identificaciã“N, Interrelaciã“N, Documentaciã“N Y Mediciã“N De Los Procesos

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como Objetivo el diseño de una Metodología que permita la identificación, interrelación, documentación y medición de los procesos. Consta de 5 pasos a aplicar y mediante la explicación de cada uno de ellos se abordan conceptos fundamentales de enfoques de Procesos, así como su definición en Estratégicos, Claves y de Apoyo. Se explica la importancia de documentar los Procesos, Procedimientos e Instrucciones; y los beneficios que aporta. Posteriormente se realizaría la elaboración de un Mapa de Procesos que permita entender a simple vista la interrelación entre ellos y su fácil comprensión. Para garantizar su posterior ejecución se definirán los responsables de cumplimiento y por último una serie de indicadores de imprescindible inclusión que permitan medir su ejecución o eficacia.
