Un Acercamiento A La Protecciã“N Del Derecho De Autor En La Legislaciã“N Cubana

Abstract

Partiendo de las violaciones que pueden sufrir los titulares sobre su Derecho de Autor, se valoran las alterativas de defensa que ofrece la legislación cubana, identificándose las principales ventajas y desventajas del proceso administrativo y judicial. Se hace referencia a las medidas cautelares y las medidas provisionales en frontera que puede ser dispuesta por la Aduana General de la República, concluyéndose que la jurisdicción judicial resulta menos gravosa y más garantista.
