Un estudio del clima organizacional en organizaciones cubanas. Caso Banco Cubano Oriental

Abstract

El presente trabajo estudia el clima organizacional en trabajadores de un banco de la región oriental cubana. La muestra estuvo conformada por 73 trabajadores de todas las áreas del mismo. El instrumento empleado fue elaborado a partir un análisis bibliométrico que evaluó los trabajos más reconocidos y aceptados por la comunidad científica de revistas indexadas en bases de datos de Scielo y Redalyc. Se revisaron 325 artículos y a partir de aquí, se determinaron las variables más empleadas por los autores estudiados, las que conformaron el instrumento empleado. Su validez y confiabilidad fue debidamente demostrada. Los datos fueron procesados con el programa del SPSS. Los resultados evidencian un adecuado clima organizacional, aunque se muestran deficiencias sobre las que trabajar en pos de la mejora de la organización.
