Abstract

El debate y las propuestas de reflexión crítica, objetivo del presente trabajo, sobre las implicaciones de concebir como proceso sociales, la investigación tecnocientífica, la transferencia de tecnologías y la aplicación de los resultados, se deja sentir con fuerza, a la luz de las actuales tendencias y la dinámica de la educación universitaria, amparada en procesos sustantivos como la docencia, la producción y la investigación. El reclamo de un mayor acceso a las investigaciones tecnocientíficas y transferencias de tecnologías de primer orden por los países subdesarrollados, se hace necesario cuando se examinan sus causas e impactos a nivel socioeconómico.
