La Administración Pública Y El Desarrollo Local En Cuba

Abstract

El desarrollo local desde el punto de vista económico, social, político y cultural, persigue el desarrollo sustentable y armonizado con el entorno y se dirige a incrementar la calidad de vida de la población y el aprovechamiento de las potencialidades locales al servicio de la sociedad, de manera que con sus decisiones incidan en el desarrollo de un territorio determinado contribuyendo a elevar el nivel de vida de sus habitantes. El papel que le corresponde la Administración Pública en la gestión del desarrollo local es fundamental en función de activar los recursos endógenos y ponerlos en función de incrementar la dinámica de desarrollo sostenible de los territorios. El objetivo general del trabajo consiste en fundamentar la relación existente entre la Administración Pública y el desarrollo local, como elementos fundamentales que marcan las actuales tendencias de desarrollo en varios países latinoamericanos y europeos.
