Los Sistemas Productivos Locales: ¿Formas Organizativas De La Producción Local Adecuada Para Los Países Subdesarrollados?

Abstract

La existencia de Sistemas Productivos Locales (SPL) en las economías capitalistas desarrolladas, es producto de un proceso lógico e histórico de desarrollo que ha creado las condiciones para ello. Sin embargo, autores de países subdesarrollados, a través del estudio de la infraestructura, el ambiente industrial, los procesos de innovación así como las interacciones y conexiones entre las empresas y entre estas y el entorno, que tienen lugar en los SPL de países desarrollados, han concluido que estos elementos constituyen características propias de sistemas complejos y desarrollados en el sentido de la solidez de las redes que lo componen. A partir de lo anterior se han desarrollado algunas manifestaciones que evidencian un pensamiento propio sobre esta temática. Así lo corrobora la propuesta de autores brasileños acerca de los Arreglos Productivos Locales (APL)
