Abstract

El actual documento da cuenta de una breve exposición en torno a los retos que en el siglo XXI enfrenta la enseñanza del Derecho. En esta oportunidad, el autor formula reflexiones puntuales sobre la actual práctica docente del Derecho en aras de identificar y especificar los desafíos que hoy enfrentan las universidades públicas.
