Relevancia de la inserción sociolaboral en el proceso de activación de mujeres supervivientes de violencia de género

Abstract

En el presente artículo se aborda la problemática de la violencia de género y su impacto en la inserción sociolaboral de las mujeres violentadas, resaltando la importancia del acceso al empleo y la autonomía económica para su recuperación y alejamiento de sus agresores. Se presentan teorías explicativas de la violencia de género y se destaca su impacto negativo en la salud y la empleabilidad de las mujeres, así como el concepto de interseccionalidad en su vulnerabilidad laboral. Se resalta la importancia de la inserción sociolaboral como parte integral del proceso de recuperación y empoderamiento de las mujeres afectadas por la violencia de género.
