La relevancia de la química en la formación académica y profesional de un ingeniero empresarial en la Riviera Maya

Abstract

Se presenta un recorrido histórico de la evolución de la química a partir de una investigación documental analizando fuentes secundarias de información y complementando con una investigación de corte descriptiva transversal en la Riviera Maya en el municipio de Solidaridad en la ciudad de Playa del Carmen; tomando como base dichos hallazgos se rediseñaron los temas y competenciasla materia de Química para el programa educativo de Ingeniería Empresarial. Se concluye, el impacto relevante de la materia, colocándola como una de las ciencias básicas de las ingenierías, contribuyendo al desarrollo de la enseñanza de química en la historia a nivel global, de país y regional y hasta la formación de los Ingenieros Empresariales de Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.
