Abstract

En el artículo que proponemos se abordan aspectos teóricos y metodológicos de la preparación a los maestros de la Educación Primaria del sector rural, para conducir con mayor éxito el Proceso Docente Educativo. Se propone como objetivo la elaboración de actividades metodológicas sobre orientación educativa para la preparación de los diferentes ejes temáticos que desarrollan los maestros de la escuela primaria rural multigrado, en correspondencia con las exigencias que se plantean en el Modelo de formación. Se enfatizan elementos importantes sobre la orientación educativa como herramienta necesaria para los que imparten docencia en aulas de multigrado. Para su elaboración se emplearon diferentes métodos entre los que se pueden significar el análisis y la síntesis, la modelación y la observación participante que permitieron determinar los principales fundamentos del tema. Se incluyen actividades metodológicas a modo de ejemplos que permiten una mejor comprensión de lo que se expone y por último se expresan las conclusiones.
