Abstract

El presente análisis tuvo como objetivo identificar los principios éticos y responsabilidad social en la empresa Doopler Cia. Ltda. frente las dificultades de la pandemia, se planteó, relacionar la importancia de la ética profesional llevada de la mano de conciencia social de la situación presente en la recesión económica, enfocado en datos estadísticos de cada departamento. La base de información obtenida busca dar a conocer la historia e importancia de la dirección de la empresa, además de sus jefes departamentales para mantener una estructura profesional y humana con principios deontológicos. Tomando como punto de enfoque el control de calidad y su postura frente a la crisis económica que se presentó por la pandemia del Covid-19, evitando despidos masivos con estrategias llenas de principios profesionales y éticos.
