Abstract

Dentro del desarrollo de una red de este tipo la moral y la ética del trabajo también juega un papel importante ya que al momento de realizar el diseño y la implementación de este se pone en juego. El buen desarrollo de los mismos para que el cliente tenga la mejor puesta en marcha del servicio contratado es de suma importancia ya que la persona encargada de los mismos debe ofrecer un buen servicio para que funcione de manera correcta y no genere ningún tipo de malestar entre los abonados, también se centra en el enfoque en el cual la empresa puede llegar a verse afectada en caso de que no se sigan los lineamientos adecuados para el mismo, de igual manera se evidencia como afecta a la empresa el desarrollo de una política basada en la ética y la moral de su personal y modo de trabajo.
