Anã Lisis De Deontologico En La Rama Artesanal De Panaderia

Abstract

El progreso de la pequeña empresa en los últimos 11 años ha tenido que modificar sus estrategias por la baja de venta en la panadería y pastelería, en la cuidad de Pujilí. El motivo de haber elegido este tipo de emprendimiento es la experiencia que tenía uno de los familiares y la demanda que existía en la zona, ya que no existía local, ninguna que ofrecía este producto. La deontología profesional incluye formular y mejorar un conjunto de normas y valores para el desarrollo de las actividades profesionales, y es responsable de formular estándares éticos para el desarrollo de su actividad a través de valores universales reconocidos por todos. Aunque se centra en estos valores, es más específico cuando se utilizan en un entorno completamente funcional. Presentamos una alternativa para que el pequeño empresario lleve su crecimiento con motivaciones no en función del capital, sino en mejora de la comunidad y el buen vivir. Por ello partimos del egoísmo de la persona encargada del negocio ya que la persona encargada llevaba en crecimiento de la empresa más no en la sociedad.
