Estrategia Educativa Para La Formaciã“N De Profesores De Lengua Y Literatura

Abstract

La formación de profesionales competentes es una prioridad de la Educación Superior en Cuba, la que tiene en cuenta la instrucción en el conocimiento científico y el fomento de los más altos valores morales. En el caso de los profesores de Español- Literatura requiere el desarrollo de habilidades que les permitan, por medio de los contenidos lingüísticos y literarios dirigir el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en una institución educativa, encaminado a la formación integral de la personalidad de sus estudiantes. El objetivo de este trabajo, resultado del quehacer metodológico en el colectivo pedagógico, es proponer una estrategia educativa para el 1er año académico de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación. Español- Literatura de la Universidad de Granma que favorezca la formación integral de este profesional. La aplicación de técnicas e instrumentos permitió constatar resultados superiores en la formación de los estudiantes, después de ejecutadas las acciones de la estrategia educativa diseñada.
