Creatividad Laboral: Una Necesidad En Los Trabajadores De La Unidad Empresarial Bã Sica Turquino

Abstract

En este trabajo se realizó una descripción de la Unidad Empresarial Básica Turquino. Se analizaron los fundamentos teóricos principales de la creatividad laboral, la creatividad en la empresa y su relación con la innovación. Se profundiza en los obstáculos para desarrollar la creatividad en la empresa y se ofrecen técnicas para disminuir su impacto. A partir de la observación, como método empírico de investigación se realiza un estudio diagnóstico preliminar sobre la creatividad laboral de los directivos y trabajadores de dicha unidad. Los resultados evidencian la necesidad de incluir en los planes de capacitación esta temática.
