Abstract

Con este trabajo se pretende demostrar la eficacia del uso de las TIC como elemento desarrollador de la motivación profesional pedagógica en el proceso enseñanza -aprendizaje. El aporte se sustenta en actividades para desarrollar la motivación profesional en los estudiantes de la especialidad de Biología, de la Universidad de las Tunas , mediante la modelación pedagógica que se realizó a los video debates con corte biológico, propiciadores del desarrollo de un ambiente especial en los componentes cognitivo-instrumental y afectivo -motivacional en la orientación profesional de los estudiantes, las que permiten determinar sus intereses profesionales e individuales; fundamentando la formación politécnica, laboral y vocacional de ellos en vínculo estrecho del contenido de enseñanza-aprendizaje con el desarrollo de la ciencia, la técnica y la sociedad, como una vía de concreción de la teoría y la práctica.
