Abstract

Analizar la eficiencia y eficacia empresarial unido a la necesidad de utilizar técnicas e instrumentos de análisis económico es una necesidad de primer orden para la empresa cubana. La presente investigación está relacionada con esta problemática y se desarrolla en UEB Damují Sergio González López del municipio de Abreus en la provincia de Cienfuegos. En el mismo se Integran la concepción, diseño y fundamentación de la planificación de la economía nacional con el logro de la eficiencia empresarial. Logrando la participación activa de sus trabajadores en las tareas vinculadas a la actividad empresarial mostrando un apropiado sentido de compromiso y disciplina.
