Comportamiento De La Neoplasia Incipiente De Cuello Uterino En El Area De Salud Los à Ngeles De Banes En El 2019

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio observacional y descriptivo, de corte transversal en el área de salud del policlínico Agustín González Montes de Oca de Los à ngeles en el período comprendido de enero - diciembre del 2019, con el objetivo de describir el comportamiento de las pacientes diagnosticadas con displasias cérvico uterino. La muestra estuvo constituida por 230 pacientes que fueron diagnosticadas con Neoplasias Intraepiteliales Cervicales y que tuvieron posteriormente un reporte de seguimiento citológico en consulta de patología de cuello del municipio. Utilizando como variables: La edad, infección vaginal, variables conductuales seleccionados y el grado de displasias que presentaron. El grupo etario más afectado fue el de 40- 44 años. Las mujeres más afectadas iniciaron sus relaciones sexuales antes de los 20 años, predominando las que tuvieron 5 y más compañeros sexuales. El grado de displasia que más predomino fue el NIC I, predominando además el resultado y la evolución satisfactoria del tratamiento. Llegamos a conclusiones sobre múltiples factores que inciden en la aparición de la patología.
