La Reafirmacion Profesional En El Primer Aã‘O De La Carrera Licenciatura En Economia

Abstract

La investigación surge como una necesidad en la formación del licenciado en Economía. En ella se revelan las necesidades de orientación profesional para desde el primer año favorecer la reafirmación profesional en estos estudiantes de nuevo ingreso, desde la etapa de estudio y preparación para la profesión. Sobre esta base se procedió a realizar el diagnóstico del estado inicial de motivación por la profesión que tienen los estudiantes que ingresan de los diferentes preuniversitarios de la provincia, con lo que se comprueban los bajos niveles de autodeterminación en la elección profesional y el insuficiente trabajo de orientación profesional en enseñanzas anteriores lo que repercute en la etapa de reafirmación profesional con el ingreso a la educación superior, por lo que se propone como objetivo: Elaborar una estrategia de orientación para contribuir a la reafirmación profesional de los estudiante de primer año de la carrera licenciatura en Economía.
