Abstract

La investigación es el resultado del curso de posgrado con el título: Recreación Física y educación ambiental comunitaria aprobada por la Facultad de Cultura Física de Granma, dirigida a profesores de recreación de los combinados deportivos comunitarios de los municipios de Yara y Bartolomé Masó. Los elementos que conllevaron al desarrollo del curso estuvieron dados en el pobre conocimiento que poseen los recreativos sobre la dimensión ambiental, incidiendo en que no aprovechen todos los espacios de las áreas recreativas para potenciar la educación ambiental en los diversos grupos poblaciones. Los contenidos abordados en el curso de posgrado permitieron que los profesores de recreación se apropiaran del instrumental teórico y metodológico para implementar la educación ambiental de forma sostenida y sistemática.
