Abstract

La preparación de los trabajadores desempeña un papel fundamental en las actividades relacionadas con la vida laboral, investigativa, familiar y social del mismo. Es una estrategia fundamental que potencia la integralidad de este con una visión humana y responsable frente a las necesidades y oportunidades del desarrollo actual del país. El trabajo titulado “Actividades para preparar a los trabajadores de la Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) Ferrocarriles Cienfuegos en el componente Gestión y Prevención de Riesgos†, tiene como objetivo principal diseñar actividades para la preparación de los trabajadores de la UEB Ferrocarriles Cienfuegos en el componente Gestión y Prevención de Riesgos de la Resolución 60/2011 de la Contraloría General de la República (CGRC). Se aplicaron métodos del nivel teoricos e empírico donde se pudo fundamentar la veracidad del problema científico detectado y la fundamentación del proceso de preparación de los trabajadores y las actividades que se presentan. Los especialistas consideran que las actividades ofrecen una respuesta concreta a la preparación en el Componente Gestión y Prevención de Riesgos.
