Abstract

La labor educativa es una de las direcciones principales de la Vicerrectoría de Extensión Universitaria. El artículo pretende solucionar las problemáticas que se presentan en la preparación de los instructores educativos para su desempeño profesional en la residencia estudiantil. Se plantea como objetivo: elaborar un programa de capacitación a instructores para el desempeño de la labor educativa en la residencia estudiantil. Se emplearon métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos. La concepción teórica y metodológica de la capacitación se establece en tres contenidos: la formación de valores, el comportamiento social, así como la promoción y educación para la salud en los estudiantes universitarios. Se demuestra la factibilidad de la propuesta en la práctica educativa de la Facultad de Educación Media de la Universidad de Granma.
