Mejoras De La Gestiã“N De Restricciones Fã Sicas Integrado A Los Riesgos En Cadenas De Suministros De Hoteles

Abstract

La gestión de restricciones físicas, constituye una herramienta necesaria para el desarrollo de la gestión logística, bajo las condiciones actuales en el mundo. Independientemente a lo logrado en materia de logística y cadenas de suministro, constituye una condición insoslayable el desarrollo de herramientas que permitan el empleo eficiente de recursos y faciliten su gestión integrada, para lograr mayores niveles de servicio al cliente. El objetivo del artículo es evidenciar como la gestión integrada de restricciones física logra alta madurez al integrarse a la gestión de riesgos operacionales. Para esto se determinaron los indicadores de salida en la gestión de restricciones físicas antes y después de integrarse a la gestión de riesgos, en un período de diez años en una instalación hotelera. Se tiene la relación de los principales indicadores de salidas, así como el aumento, estadísticamente significativo, de la mejora de los indicadores en el período analizado en el hotel.
