Procedimiento Para La Mejora De La Imagen Inducida Online De Destinos Turã Sticos

Abstract

Ante el incremento de investigaciones científicas asociadas a la gestión de imagen de destinos turísticos y con el objetivo de desarrollar un procedimiento para su mejora, se realiza la presente investigación. A partir del análisis del estado actual de la imagen inducida en el destino Holguín y la detección de síntomas que evidencian la necesidad de su mejora, se propone el procedimiento que, estructurado en fases y etapas, constituye la herramienta para mejorar la imagen inducida on-line, cuya aplicación encauzará los esfuerzos de los entes decisores de destinos turísticos en la mejora de la imagen global de los mismos. Se aplicaron métodos en el orden teórico y empírico, así como la valoración prospectiva a través de la prueba no paramétrica Q de Cochran.
