Abstract

La gestión de participación política popular en Cuba es uno de los procesos que desarrollan los dirigentes políticos en su labor de dirección. Con él se procura la incorporación protagónica de la mayoría del pueblo, a la elaboración, adopción, ejecución y control de las decisiones que impactan en la defensa y desarrollo del poder político; en la satisfacción de las necesidades sociales e individuales fundamentales, desde una perspectiva inclusiva; sobre la base de la unidad ideológica, de acción y del consenso. Para ello los dirigentes, como gestores de participación deben articular los recursos culturales políticos necesarios y disponibles.
