Los Presupuestos Teã“Ricos De La Uniã“N De Hecho Como Modelo De Familia

Abstract

La unión de hecho está dentro de las formas de familia que regula el actual Código de Familia cubano, aunque con el nombre unión matrimonial no formalizada. En algunos casos es omiso en cuanto a los rasgos que caracterizan dicha unión y en otros es impreciso, por lo que su reconocimiento si bien no es nulo, no se aprecia siempre en todos los casos en los que se configuran, de conformidad con el resultado obtenido durante la presente investigación. Por ello es propósito de la misma, formular los presupuestos teóricos de la unión de hecho con vista a su correcta regulación en la legislación familiar sustantiva cubana, como modelo de familia.
