Abstract

El presente trabajo lleva como título “Programa de Auditoría Social: aplicación en el caso de obras sociales†y está encaminado a diseñar y aplicar un programa de Auditoría Social para controlar, monitorear y evaluar la ejecución de obras sociales, además de contribuir, con la participación ciudadana, a fortalecer el control interno en las obras sociales en ejecución, propiciando la disminución de hechos de corrupción e incremento de la eficiencia en el manejo del presupuesto destinado para dichos fines. Esta investigación se realizó en el municipio Manzanillo, provincia de Granma, tomando a la remodelación del parque Carlos Manuel de Céspedes como objeto de estudio. El trabajo está estructurado por el diseño del programa y su validación de forma práctica y por criterios de expertos, donde se obtiene los resultados, se realizan las conclusiones y se hacen recomendaciones.
