Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo diseñar presupuestos doctrinales y normativos que permitan una adecuada tutela jurídica del derecho a la protección de datos personales de los menores de edad con el uso del internet en Cuba. Para la siguiente investigación fueron empleados métodos generales de las investigaciones científicas: el analítico-sintético y el inductivo-deductivo, además de los específicos de las investigaciones jurídicas: exegético-jurídico y jurídico-comparado. Estos métodos están apoyados por la técnica investigativa de la revisión bibliográfica.
