Control Interno De Los Instrumentos Financieros Para Las Cooperativas De Transporte Urbano

Abstract

En algunas Cooperativas de Transporte Urbano de Guayaquil, que integran el Primer Nivel, se ha identificado que los controles internos, no se perciben o no existen, ejecutando un trabajo de manera empírica, solucionando los problemas a medida que se van presentando, incidiendo en la liquidez y afectando directamente en los resultados de los instrumentos financieros. Otro detonante de afectación directamente a este sector, es el peso por la responsabilidad que tienen los miembros del Consejo de Vigilancia, al ser ellos los representantes de ejecutar los procesos como ente auditor en las cooperativas, lo cual no han cumplido, porque sólo se han enfocado exclusivamente en gestiones de permisos de operación vehicular, para no salir de circulación y salvaguardar el trabajo diario, dejando a un lado la importancia de estar efectuando los controles internos necesarios para el desarrollo y buen funcionamiento institucional.
