Apuntes Para La Historia Del Instituto Vocacional De Ciencias Exactas Luis Urquiza Jorge De Las Tunas En El Periodo De 1971-2000

Abstract

Motivado por la importancia de la historia en general y los procesos sociales que se desarrollan en ella, así como la escasez de antecedentes en el estudio de las instituciones educativas en el período 1971-2000 en la provincia de Las Tunas, se realiza este artículo, cuyo propósito es describir las prácticas educativas que tipifican el Instituto Vocacional de Ciencias Exactas de Las Tunas en la época seleccionada. El análisis documental e iconográfico y la entrevista a profesores fundadores permitieron revelar las aportaciones que tuvo este centro al desarrollo de la educación preuniversitaria y vocacional en el territorio.
