Abstract

Se valora de gran importancia la posibilidad de ampliar la formación humanista de los egresados de la carrera de Ingeniería Agronómica del Centro Universitario Municipal Frankl País (CUM) a través de la inclusión en el Plan de Estudio E de la carrera, de una nueva asignatura de corte humanístico, que incida directamente en la formación de competencias comunicativas asertivas de los egresados en los entornos agrícola y académico. Para materializar esta posibilidad, se elabora la propuesta de Programa de la asignatura electiva Comunicación Asertiva, que dará respuesta a las necesidades específicas de formación integral del Ingeniero Agrónomo de la nueva Universidad Cubana y de esta forma contribuir a desarrolla las habilidades comunicativas asertivas en la integración de los compontes funcionales del lenguaje que posibiliten la resolución de conflictos de interese que se manifiestan en los diversos contextos de actuación del estos profesionales. La propuesta se introduce desde el enfoque de las tecnologías sociales por la repercusión e impacto que tiene desde una visión sociológica y pedagógica.
