Abstract

El debate sobre la reproducción ampliada de la fuerza de trabajo se enmarca en la teoría económica desde el desarrollo de las capacidades para trabajar. Este trabajo, resultado de tesis doctoral, no se circunscribe al enfoque sobre el contenido cíclico-repositivo de capacidades físicas y mentales para el trabajo, sino a otras formas, entre las que se incluye el desarrollo de la capacidad de dirigir los procesos económicos desde la condición de propietario colectivo de los medios de producción. El tratamiento teórico en el análisis sobre este proceso requiere de la comprensión de los contextos en que se producen los fundamentos esenciales; por lo cual el objetivo de este trabajo es reflexionar acerca de la significación teórica de la reproducción ampliada de la fuerza de trabajo, desde una perspectiva del poder, válido para su análisis en el contexto de la construcción de relaciones de producción socialistas en Cuba.
