Apuntes Martianos Para Una Gobernanza Inclusiva Y Sostenible

Abstract

El proceso de la administración pública consecuente con sus raíces tiene una connotación y significativa importancia en la gobernanza de los territorios. En la actualidad se imponen retos a este encargo social, como la relación estrecha entre el poder político o gobierno y el pueblo que logre una verdadera gobernanza. En el caso de Cuba, la aproximación al pensamiento de Martí sobre el complicado y espinoso proceso de la administración pública, es pertinente al constituir un referente necesario sobre esta temática objeto de estudio, por lo que el presente trabajo aborda algunas de sus concepciones acerca de la gobernanza y el papel de sus funcionarios para que sean más competentes según el momento histórico. Para el desarrollo del presente trabajo el autor se propuso, valorar la concepción martiana sobre la gestión de gobierno. Se empleó fundamentalmente el estudio documental.
