La Contrataciã“N Agraria En Cuba. Un Enfoque Desde La Doctrina

Abstract

El trabajo se inicia con un análisis doctrinal sobre el origen de los contratos agrarios, realizando un estudio relativo a como en la doctrina se han planteado diferentes interrogantes relativas a esta temática. Se plantea así mismo algunas características planteadas por los estudiosos de la materia muy específicos para estos contratos. En un segundo aspecto el trabajo aborda dividido en tres etapas como se ha comportado la contratación agraria en Cuba, haciendo un énfasis en la última a lo relativo a la interpretación e integración de los contratos a partir de la legislación en materia contractual vigente en el país. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se emplearon diferentes técnicas y herramientas que permitieron obtener los resultados que en él se exponen.
