Padrãƒo Estratã‰Gico E Competitividade Organizacional

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo é analisar o padrão estratégico em organizações de tecnologia para diagnóstico por imagem diante do panorama competitivo deste segmento em Belém-Pa. A investigação questiona se o comportamento estratégico desenvolvido por estas organizações detém perfis estratégicos capazes de conquistar e garantir uma condição de competitividade no mercado. Na metodologia, abordou-se descritivamente a postura estratégica de 10 (dez) clínicas de diagnóstico por imagem em Belém, Pará, Brasil, por meio de questionários estruturados junto aos seus gestores, de maneira a abranger o período entre 2011 e 2015. A análise tomou como referência a tipologia de padrão estratégico utilizada por Mintzberg & Quinn (2006). O estudo concluiu que o padrão estratégico verificado nas organizações pesquisadas é dominantemente de crescimento constante de maneira a desenvolver ações em um ambiente organizacional que envolve notadamente estratégias pretendidas e estratégias emergentes, o que garante apenas parcialmente a condição competitiva destas organizações.
