El impacto de la crisis mundial en la economía japonesa

Abstract

En los últimos seis años Japón estuvo inmerso en un tenue proceso de recuperación económica que llegó a su fin en el segundo trimestre del año fiscal 2008. El deterioro de algunos indicadores macroeconómicos, se incrementó no solo como consecuencia de la situación interna de Tokio, sino también por los efectos de la actual crisis económica mundial. Dicha situación se fue agudizando a tal punto, que la economía nipona ha reflejado los niveles más bajos de decrecimiento del PIB de los últimos 35 años, lo que lo sitúa como la más afectada del mundo desarrollado.
